I can't just open the page http://projects.simpledesigns.com.pl/project/ncpufreqd/ which is in ebuild =ncpufreqd-2.4. I guess this project is out-of-date (or probably homepage is different?)

Also I noticed that there is no ebuild for cpufreqd for some reason http://www.linux.it/~malattia/wiki/index.php/Cpufreqd#2.4.3 (which latest version is 2.4.3). Is there any reason (security issue?) for this?
