The following prerequisites for WWW::Mechanize are not current, and WWW::Mechanize complains:

Warning: prerequisite HTML::Form 1.038 not found. We have 1.00.
Warning: prerequisite LWP 5.76 not found. We have 5.69.
Warning: prerequisite LWP::UserAgent 2.024 not found. We have 2.003.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge sync && emerge -v WWW::Mechanize
2.

Actual Results:  
warnings, as above, about prerequisite versions

Expected Results:  
clean merge with current versions of prerequisites

many other ebuilds in dev-perl need updating to current CPAN versions

First of all, we are updating the packages as quickly as we can. Secondly, please check again, these packages are actually up to date, but ~arch masked, which I suspect is why you don't see them. I'm voiding this ticket as all of this up to date.
