configure phase of kde-frameworks/kactivities-9999 fails with:

 * Boost (required version >= 1.49)

After installing dev-libs/boost, the ebuild merges just fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. uninstall boost
2. emerge kactivities-9999 from kde overlay

Actual Results:  
configure phase fails.

Expected Results:  
merge goes through without errors.
