Please mark mpv-0.3.10 stable.

Some optional deps are not yet marked stable for all target arches, so several USE flags should be masked for stable mpv:
all arches: USE libcaca and sdl (bug #514904)
arm: USE libguess and quvi
x86: USE luajit (bug #509074)
