Oops.  My error.  This was supposed to be against dev-perl/MP3-Tag-1.230.0 (and in fact, I'd swear it was).

I will refile a corrected version.

er, that would be dev-perl/MP3-Tag-1.130.0 ...

Refiled correctly as bug #514736.
