I would like to lastrite libadns, and therefore adns-python as well. net-p2p/transmission-remote-cli[rdns] seems to be the sole user of that module in the tree. Would you mind if I masked the respective flag?

If I find some free time, I'll try to suggest a replacement code for it.

Since it's not a realy necessary feature I don't mind a mask, but may I ask what's the reason for removing libadns? I couldn't find anything in the bugtracker.

It's on bug #513238. Long story short, it's unfinished, dead and buried, and enabling it breaks my name resolution :P.
