dev-libs/ntl-6.1.0 doesn't build because there is no
ntl-5.5.2-shared-r1.patch

only 
ntl-5.5.2-shared.patch

line 33 of ntl-6.1.0.ebuild reads
epatch "$FILESDIR/${PN}-5.5.2-shared-r1.patch"

but there is no such file in $FILESDIR
