Its compiled with shared libraries. You'll have to modify the ebuild to use static libraries by adding --disable-shared to configure. AFAIK, it should be the opposite. wxWindows has both shared and static libraries, unless you disable them. I assume that there is a --disable-static flag set in the config. It should be left to the user with a USE switch. If --disable-shared is not specified to configure, only shared libraries are built. If --disable-shared is specified to configure, only static libraries are built. |
