Any update/workaround for this ? Best. First, please attach the build log here as an attachment. Pastebins tend to delete their messages after some weeks, and we sometimes need to look at an old bug months or years later. Second, what versions of media-libs/cogl and media-libs/clutter are you using? Maybe you accidentally added cogl-1.18 (which is for gnome-3.12) to your package.accept_keywords? Hi, The media-libs/cogl version was indeed too new for mutter. I think that the ebuild should specify a maximum cogl version. but it was necessary for another soft. I managed to fix it updating mutter to 3.12 Best, Jerome We generally do not specify maximum revision for such cases because they would end up causing upgrade/downgrade cycles in dependency resolution. We only do so when a package lives with one that may break it for a long period of time under normal circumstances. In this case, it is assumed that this is part of the Gnome 3.12 desktop and shall be upgraded at the same time. |
