You can add 3.12.21-gentoo-r1 to affected kernels list too as I tested it today. Can you test the latest kernel, which is 3.18.1 as of this writing? Hi Mike, Unfortunately, I replaced all MCS7830 with AX88772 (which at that time did not cause this sort of problems) and now I don't have any one of MCS7830 left. You may close this issue as I don't have anything to reproduce it.
