I am in a clean system (recently emerged from stage3), with gcc-4.9.0

I noticed that current version of xfsprogs do not compile due to an error in translation po file (missing Language section)

I did not know that it was so severe to cause a compilation fail, but here is the log:

Tested version 3.1.11-r1 from ~amd64

Seems related to gettext-0.19

current stable (3.2.2) seems to build fine with gettext-0.19
