Emerging sys-process/audit-2.2.2-r2 package also install the static library archive file /usr/lib64/libauparse.la, which is linked to the file /usr/lib64/libaudit.la, which is _not_ installed, causing an infinite revdep-rebuild cycle.

Patch to punt unnecessary .la files

This patch fixes the unnecessary installation of /usr/lib64/libauparse.la

It also fixes bug #448470.

latest ebuilds call prune_libtool_files now
