Bug 512512 – games-roguelike/FTL-1.5.13 - version bump

FTL-1.5.13 has been available from humblebundle.com since 2014-06-02. As before, tarball for older versions are difficult to obtain.

There are no significant changes in the tarball (wrt. packaging) since 1.5.4, renaming the ebuild is sufficient.
