The package fails to emerge, hanging indefinitely. Ctrl-C results in a "QA notice: File does not exist." bring printed.

Error is "doins: library/Zend/./Json/Server/Response/Http.php does not exist"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge ZendFramework
2. wait for it to hang at install stage
3. Ctrl-C to get error.
