I upgraded successfully to 0.9.4. I noticed two things: 1) =dev-lua/luaexpat-1.3.0 is needed, that is still ~arch (for amd64 anyways) 2) error Couldn't write pidfile at /var/run/jabber/prosody.pid; /var/run/jabber/prosody.pid: Permission denied (2) is easily fixed by chown jabber:jabber prosody.pid, but maybe a config check on perms should be added to the init file? @maintainers: Please initiate stabilization once the issues reported in Comment 1 are fixed, this is blocking a security issue described in bug 507134 Is there any change it can be stabilized on arm too? I have been using it and did not notice any arm specific issues. Added arm@ for stabilization (note bug 518372). Arch teams, ping! please look into stabilization of this package as it blocks a security issue described in bug 507134. amd64 is done. arm stable =net-im/prosody-0.9.7 has been in the tree for 30 days, please stabilize. x86: You also need dev-lua/luaexpat-1.3.0-r1 amd64 done. x86 done. @arm: dev-lua/luaevent-0.4.3 is also necessary, but there is no specific bug for it afaics. arm stable, all arches done. |
