Attached patch adds systemd-like socket activation support to libmilter by allowing to specify "fd:N" socket name in smfi_setconn. Please apply it so milters can use the same systemd unit with socket activation.

It is applied in Debian sendmail >= 8.14.4-6.

I have sent the patch to sendmail mailing list, then provided rationale / background information as requested, but haven't heard from them since.
