Bug 51122 – fails to emerge xine-lib-1_rc4 on error in dsputil_mmx.c : not a problem of -fforce-addr in CFLAGS

while compiling libffmpeg :

dsputil_mmx.c: In function `h263_h_loop_filter_mmx': 
dsputil_mmx.c:614: error: can't find a register in class `GENERAL_REGS' while reloading `asm' 

many reported similar bug were fixed by removing -fforce_addr in CFLAGS.
in my case I do not have this flag set.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to emerge any ebuild using libffmpeg such as xine-lib

Actual Results:  
emerge fail 

Expected Results:  
emerge success
