Can you show the output of "emerge -pvO gtk+:2 atk" so that we can see the versions & USE flags on both of these side by side? There seems to be some mismatch. (In reply to Ben Kohler from comment #1) > Can you show the output of "emerge -pvO gtk+:2 atk" so that we can see the > versions & USE flags on both of these side by side? There seems to be some > mismatch. emerge -pvO gtk+:2 atk These are the packages that would be merged, in order: [ebuild U #] x11-libs/gtk+-2.24.23-r1:2 [2.24.23:2] USE="cups introspection (-aqua) -debug -examples {-test} -vim-syntax -xinerama" ABI_X86="(64%*) -32% (-x32)" 0 KiB [ebuild R #] dev-libs/atk-2.12.0 USE="introspection nls {-test}" 0 KiB Total: 2 packages (1 upgrade, 1 reinstall), Size of downloads: 0 KiB Thanks for looking into it, Helmut Looks like you either got really unlucky with your sync time, or your unmask entry for atk is too specific-- I believe you will need dev-libs/atk-2.12.0-r1 which adds multilib support to match x11-libs/gtk+-2.24.23-r1. Note that both of these are hard masked, I hope you have a good reason to use these and know what you're doing =) (In reply to Ben Kohler from comment #3) > Looks like you either got really unlucky with your sync time, or your unmask > entry for atk is too specific-- I believe you will need > dev-libs/atk-2.12.0-r1 which adds multilib support to match > x11-libs/gtk+-2.24.23-r1. Yes, thanks, I resynced and now this has gone. > Note that both of these are hard masked, I hope you have a good reason to > use these and know what you're doing =) Yes, that's my humble contribution to Gentoo. |
