Thanks for the new libvirt release. This version, at least when built with USE=virt-network, appears to require iptables[ipv6]. When I upgraded I from 1.2.3 I discovered that my default virtual network wasn't starting and it was because libvirt-1.2.4 appears to want to run "ip6tables" unconditionally. Since I didn't have iptables with ipv6 support, it was failing. Same issue here, as Albert reported. I think we need a new bug report to track it properly.
