This ebuild does not install locales. After some research, I found that variable linguas during make command is empty. When I manually build uget, then all fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge www-client/uget
2. equery f uget | grep locale
3.
Actual Results:  
Empty output

Expected Results:  
List of installed locales

Thanks for pointing this out. I added LINGUAS support and patched =uget-1.10.4 to actually use them properly.
