zathura fail to build without latest develop branch of girara.

There is not in the tree a dev-libs/girara-9999 for zathura to depends on.

ok. i added girara-9999 to portage and made zathura-9999 depend on >= 0.2.1 of girara, thus, skipping the 0.2.0 and forcing 9999 since 0.2.1 isn't out yet
