Upstream-SRC-URI did not work for at least one weak. Alternative SRC_URI via github is available.

Seems api downloads is completely down.

Use mirror system of gentoo we need to investigate in suse what happened.

Probably not an issue anymore since I just verified the api to be working by bumping to 0.150.
