puppet has selinux support
puppet needs libselinux[ruby] for selinux support
libselinux[ruby] was removed (judged to complicated, for good reason)
puppet is sad

I kinda feel like the support libraries should be moved to their own package like qemu's python support had done.

Can you please try libselinux-2.2.2-r5? That one has no other changes than calling the rubywrap stuff again and, if confirmed, will be stabilized quickly.
