Makefile.in has been removed upstream.

This ebuild also has another issue with the SLOT for 9999 which has a minor version of 99 upstream.
This causes a few SLOT conflicts.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With the gnome overlay; emerge -1B '=media-libs/cogl-9999'
