Lazarus 1.2.2 came out on April 23rd. As it is described as being built with fpc-2.6.4 on the lazarus homepage, the attached patch changes the minimum fpc version.

Apart from that change I simply copied and renamed the lazarus-1.0.12.ebuild.

This patch only adds keywording and raises the required version of dev-lang/fpc to the current keyworded version.
