Bug 508540 – dev-ruby/coffee-script-2.2.0-r1 and dependencies stable request

dev-ruby/coffee-script is one of the many dependencies of dev-ruby/rails. I'm asking stabilization of these packages under the assumption that your arch will want rails stable at some point. arm and x86 should feel free to remove themselves from this bug if they don't want this. This bug depends on the stable list in bug 505920.

The x86 team is unable to work in this way. There are tens of blocker/depends on. As said multiple times, please open _one_ bug with a complete list where repoman does not complain about missing depends and does not complain about missing ebuilds with some ruby_targets. Thanks
