There is currently no stable version of dev-util/cloc and the latest version (1.60) has been in tree since the 18th of August 2013. Furthermore there are no bugs assigned to the package, so I assume it is ready to be stabilized. Additionally, all dependencies are stabilized.

dev-util/cloc-1.60 works fine for me on (stable) amd64.
