Hi, I'm waiting to add my portage mirror to official Gentoo's list. Meantime i managed to open full gentoo's distfiles mirror. 
Server: gentoo.prz.rzeszow.pl (the same server as student.prz.rzeszow.pl listed in rsync-mirror)
IP: 62.93.34.55
Bandwidth: 100Mbps

Thanks for helping out Gentoo. I have added the IP you specified in the bug to our access database, please start synching to rsync1.us.gentoo.org per our Rsync document at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/rsync.xml. After a period of days I will check to make sure the timestamps are up to date and then add you into the appropriate rotation. We would like you to subscribe to the gentoo-mirrors Mailing List by sending an email to gentoo-mirrors-subscribe@lists.gentoo.org, as we send our notifications of updates, releases, and changes in policy to the mirrors. Hi,
i've already got access to that mirror (in #49727 bug report). So, I think, ths bug can be closed

Krzysztof,

I think there was some confusion.  In bug #49727, you established an 
rsync mirror.  Here, you are asking to set up a distfiles mirror, as 
the ones listed here:  http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml

If that is the case, let me know and I'll email you some instructions. 
Otherwise, disregard.

Indeed, http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49727 was about rsync mirror. But you gave me instructions how to set up both rsync-mirror and distfiles-mirror there. Distfiles mirror has been already added to the official list in http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml (it's called Rzeszow University of Technology) and it was the reason of closing #49727.
The only thing that have left is IMO adding rsync mirror to dns.

Rsync mirror looks good, closing this bug and 49727. You have been added into the rsync.pl.gentoo.org rotation as rsync3.pl.gentoo.org. Thanks for helping out Gentoo!
