The USE flags "gsl" and "gps" of sci-geosciences/qgis don't actually do anything, since sci-geosciences/gpsbabel and sci-libs/gsl are pulled in as hard dependencies.

These USE flags should either be removed or the dependencies on the mentioned packages should be made conditional (if that's possible).
