![]() This package sucks. Cueconvert crashes if it has more than 2 tracks and it hasn't been maintained at all this decade. Suggest dropping this broken one from the tree. Should I file a blocker or can you handle it? Check bug #373207 for something that works (and works well with noncompliant cue's) Typical cueconvert output (I can supply more details if required): cueconvert workingfile.cue lolcrashforme.toc 9: too many files specified 27: too many files specified *** buffer overflow detected ***: cueconvert terminated ======= Backtrace: ========= /lib64/libc.so.6(+0x74cdb)[0x7fc0a7a53cdb] /lib64/libc.so.6(__fortify_fail+0x37)[0x7fc0a7adb987] /lib64/libc.so.6(+0xfa9c0)[0x7fc0a7ad99c0] /lib64/libc.so.6(+0xf9e39)[0x7fc0a7ad8e39] /lib64/libc.so.6(_IO_default_xsputn+0x81)[0x7fc0a7a56f41] /lib64/libc.so.6(_IO_vfprintf+0x47db)[0x7fc0a7a28acb] /lib64/libc.so.6(__vsprintf_chk+0x88)[0x7fc0a7ad8ec8] /lib64/libc.so.6(__sprintf_chk+0x7d)[0x7fc0a7ad8e1d] cueconvert[0x4071f2] cueconvert[0x401e0c] cueconvert[0x402108] cueconvert[0x401502] cueconvert[0x401316] cueconvert[0x4010a7] /lib64/libc.so.6(__libc_start_main+0xf0)[0x7fc0a79fef60] cueconvert[0x401166] ======= Memory map: ======== 00400000-0040f000 r-xp 00000000 08:02 286294999 /usr/bin/cueconvert 0060e000-0060f000 r--p 0000e000 08:02 286294999 /usr/bin/cueconvert 0060f000-00610000 rw-p 0000f000 08:02 286294999 /usr/bin/cueconvert 01230000-01251000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 [heap] 7fc0a77c8000-7fc0a77de000 r-xp 00000000 08:02 40666655 /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.9.0/libgcc_s.so.1 7fc0a77de000-7fc0a79dd000 ---p 00016000 08:02 40666655 /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.9.0/libgcc_s.so.1 7fc0a79dd000-7fc0a79de000 r--p 00015000 08:02 40666655 /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.9.0/libgcc_s.so.1 7fc0a79de000-7fc0a79df000 rw-p 00016000 08:02 40666655 /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.9.0/libgcc_s.so.1 7fc0a79df000-7fc0a7b7f000 r-xp 00000000 08:02 38819065 /lib64/libc-2.19.so 7fc0a7b7f000-7fc0a7d7e000 ---p 001a0000 08:02 38819065 /lib64/libc-2.19.so 7fc0a7d7e000-7fc0a7d82000 r--p 0019f000 08:02 38819065 /lib64/libc-2.19.so 7fc0a7d82000-7fc0a7d84000 rw-p 001a3000 08:02 38819065 /lib64/libc-2.19.so 7fc0a7d84000-7fc0a7d88000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 7fc0a7d88000-7fc0a7da9000 r-xp 00000000 08:02 38819067 /lib64/ld-2.19.so 7fc0a7f88000-7fc0a7f8b000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 7fc0a7fa6000-7fc0a7fa9000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 7fc0a7fa9000-7fc0a7faa000 r--p 00021000 08:02 38819067 /lib64/ld-2.19.so 7fc0a7faa000-7fc0a7fab000 rw-p 00022000 08:02 38819067 /lib64/ld-2.19.so 7fc0a7fab000-7fc0a7fac000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 7ffff8999000-7ffff89bb000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 [stack] 7ffff89ff000-7ffff8a00000 r-xp 00000000 00:00 0 [vdso] ffffffffff600000-ffffffffff601000 r-xp 00000000 00:00 0 [vsyscall] Aborted It should be killed with media-sound/split2flac as it depends on it Why remove package if there is new version? bug #530438 I would like to keep media-sound/split2flac in tree too - it simple cli tool which does the job. We will do a newer release when ready |
