Can 'someone' give this a test run.  All patches from -2.7. have been shed and use of the one that still takes causes the build to fail.  Since it's a major version bump this makes some sense.  A runtime run would be 'good'.
seds to src/reportlab/rl_config.py have been maintained.  Are they all req'd?
Now has support of py3.3 and py2.7 only.
