vserver-sources-2.3.6.11.ebuild

Hi all,
I am submitting a version bump for the latest available testing code for vserver-sources. The ebuild is modified version of sys-kernel/vserver-sources-2.3.6.5 from gentoo repo, thus the $Header is not modified.

It installs and compiles just fine.

Can it be included in the official gentoo repo?
