I get an "AttributeError: Distribution instance has no attribute 'namespace_packages'" in the build.log when trying to install dev-python/logilab-common.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dev-python/logilab-common
Actual Results:  
AttributeError: Distribution instance has no attribute 'namespace_packages'
 * ERROR: dev-python/logilab-common-0.58.1::gentoo failed (install phase):
 *   Installation failed with CPython 2.7 in distutils_installation() function


Expected Results:  
emerge success

is when this was added, and distutils_src_install reminds us it's using the the old eclass.  Given 0.61.0 has just been made stable, I suspect logilab-common-0.58.1  is prone to be purged, not fixed.  Do you really need this version?

I s'pose leave it in this bug but it installed fine for me so I can't replicate so I'm somewhat hamstrung but mb someone else can.  It means all things are not equal between the systems
