after adding ~amd64 to the keywords in /usr/portage/media-sound/seq24/seq24-0.4.4.ebuild I was able to sucessfull build and test the application

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add ~amd64 keyword to /usr/portage/media-sound/seq24/seq24-0.4.4.ebuild
2. emerge seq24
3.

Actual Results:  
working application (tested with external Kawai K1, DR660 and Yamaha XG synth 
connected to Midiman USB Midisport 4x4 interface).
