Requested info
Of course, all requested infos are attached in a single file
what if you: rm -rf /usr/share/zoneinfo/posix /usr/share/zoneinfo/.gentoo-upgrade emerge timezone-data emerge timezone-data Yes, it solved it! Thank you very much! Same thing happened here and the proposed solution solved it. Thanks. I'm seeing the same thing, on a regular emerge world update (2013d -> 2014a). lemongrass ~ # cd /usr/share/zoneinfo/ lemongrass zoneinfo # find -type l ./posix lemongrass zoneinfo # ls -l posix lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 1 May 15 12:23 posix -> . Same problem here, caused postgresql-8.4.20 to crash. This is probably a duplicate of bug 318941. i've tweaked the timezone-data pkg_setup logic to handle failed merged scenarios, so hopefully it should recover from whatever state your system is in now http://sources.gentoo.org/sys-libs/timezone-data/timezone-data-2014e.ebuild?r1=1.2&r2=1.3 |
