I get the following error with it, shouldn't a more recent dev-python/sqlalchemy-migrate get stabilized at the same time?

!!! Multiple package instances within a single package slot have been pulled
!!! into the dependency graph, resulting in a slot conflict:

dev-python/sqlalchemy:0

  (dev-python/sqlalchemy-0.9.2::gentoo, installed) pulled in by
    (no parents that aren't satisfied by other packages in this slot)

  (dev-python/sqlalchemy-0.7.9::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by
    <dev-python/sqlalchemy-0.8 required by (dev-python/sqlalchemy-migrate-0.7.2::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)
