CVE-2011-2909 (http://nvd.nist.gov/nvd.cfm?cvename=CVE-2011-2909): The do_devinfo_ioctl function in drivers/staging/comedi/comedi_fops.c in the Linux kernel before 3.1 allows local users to obtain sensitive information from kernel memory via a copy of a short string. There are no longer any 2.x or <3.1 kernels available in the repository with the exception of sys-kernel/xbox-sources which is unsupported by security. |
