bluez-4 support doesn't make much sense as it's going to be removed soon (because cannot be installed in parallel with bluez-5 and it's obsolete and completely unmaintained since first 5.x version was released by upstream) Pardon my ignorance but this sounds to me that by removing bluez-4 you are basically removing the ability to use a bluetooth-microphone on gentoo...?
