libcec has spezialized support for the raspberrypi which is enabled by passing --enable-rpi and by setting the --with-rpi-include-path and --with-rpi-lib-path to the correct values.

In the ebuild however the raspberry pi support is always disabled. It would be nice to have optional support for the pi in the ebuild.
