Modified the neverball ebuild to install "mapc", the tool for converting gtkradiant .map files to Neverball .sol files.

umm mapc is pretty generic ... i'm game for ${PN}-mapc ...

also, it isnt installed because the Makefile doesnt install it ... but of course that doesnt matter for people who want to make maps ;)
