dmesg.log
This doesn't look like a problem with Xfce, but rather X itself, and I don't see anything we could pursue in the logs It's not like "Xfce" could die, as "Xfce" is just a collection of multiple applications like xfwm4, xfce4-session, and so forth, and the logs show they being disconnected (because they can no longer talk to the X server) What about Xorg.0.log (from the time it crashed) from /var/log? (In reply to Samuli Suominen from comment #6) > What about Xorg.0.log (from the time it crashed) from /var/log? Thanks for answer and explains. When I ran Gentoo ca. ½ hour ago, graphical environment log in normal. Xorg's log file is clear - no errors or other strange things. It was definitely not a bug.
