Some package creates or updates the /etc/hosts.deny file with permission 600. After restarting cyrus following entries in "dmesg": imapd[29028]: segfault at 6 ip 00007f5fd3aebe22 sp 00007fffa8f94ad0 error 4 in libwrap.so.0.7.6[7f5fd3ae8000+8000] >cyradm -u cyrus localhost No error or output After changing the permission to 644 and a restart, all things are fine again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create file /etc/hosts.deny with permission 600 2. Restart cyrus Actual Results: Segmentation fault Expected Results: Normal running imapd
