Latest gtkmm in portage it 2.2.x while latest stable is 2.4.x

There's a whole bunch of *mm packages at which would be nice to see included
as well:

Don't overstate it. There is nothing in the tree that needs it, so it's immediate importance is negligible. We're working priority based here and this just has no priority, because it just works (TM) as it is.
