Sample image

When opening the attached file and exporting it as PNG I get the following error and the file is corrupted (0bytes). I am using the current stable versions of gimp. I understand the problem is related to the color profile, however the option to update the color profile under Image > Mode is not present in my installation of gimp.

Try media-gfx/gimp from ~arch instead of stable
I suspect we might have to stabilize newer media-gfx/gimp for libpng 1.6.*

See bug 504212 for stabilization of newer GIMP. Did you try it?

Upgrading to the latest release did not resolve this issue. Are you able to open the attached file and export it again as PNG ?
