Despite not found message, these files were created by eselect-opengl for nvidia profile. Nvidia driver includes its own copy of these files, so there is an obvious conflict.

Shouldn't those media-libs/mesa files go into /usr/${libdir}/opengl/xorg-x11/lib/ ?

The emul-linux-x86 packages have been removed.
