Tested on:
2x ~amd64
1x ~x86

Status: systemd units works same way as before, no visible regression.

All software linked against systemd has been rebuild, everything work correctly.

Only unusual warning is
Mar 07 16:18:21 computer-name systemd-udevd[1689]: IMPORT{builtin}: 'uaccess' unknown /lib64/udev/rules.d/73-seat-late.rules:15

line 15: TAG=="uaccess", ENV{MAJOR}!="", RUN{builtin}+="uaccess"

What does this have to do with pkgs using pkg-config?

it has to be fixed before 210 bump (if  I recall correctly mgorny said that on IRC)

Probably because you built systemd with USE="-acl"

This has security bug inside, and 211 is out :).
