I can't seem to locate the package for this library:

checking for libvcdinfo >= 0.7.18-cdio... Package libvcd was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libvcd.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'libvcd', required by 'libvcdinfo', not found
configure: error: vcdinfo library not found

Libvcd is a private library used by vcdimager (that was, if I read the NEWS file correctly, not private in older versions), so you need to downgrade vcdimager to .19. vcdimager .19 requires libcdio-0.64 (not 66) so I had to fix this dependency aswell. The xine-lib dependency is also broken, I'll check this soon.

Please give xine-vcdx-1_rc1-r1 a try when it hits your portage mirror. If you still have problems, please re-open this bug.
