Bug 50370 – ntp-4.2.0-r2 configure sizeof test fails

I can't get ntp-4.2.0-r2 to emerge, it always fails the configure sizeof signed char test in the same fashion. If required, I can post config.log.

you upgraded mysql but never ran revdep-rebuild
