I was able to compile and run tcsh-6.12-r3 on ppc64 (dual G5). Maybe someone can at least add the ~ppc64 keyword to the ebuild.

marked stable (which is a bit agressive yes BUT at this stage of the game with beta level cds I'm ok with it)
