It seems that http://planet.gentoo.org is down. It doesn't respond to pings and doesn't accept any connections.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ping -n planet.gentoo.org
2. curl http://planet.gentoo.org
3. elinks http://planet.gentoo.org
4. chromium http://planet.gentoo.org
5. firefox http://planet.gentoo.org

Actual Results:  
1. PING kookaburra-net-2.gentoo.org (208.116.51.2) 56(84) bytes of data.
